In order for energy to flow correctly, and to keep yourself at a high vibration, you must get proper sleep.  Without the right sleep, you’ll feel sluggish and irritable, which puts you in a negative vibration.

Allowing means, letting things flow naturally.  If you try to force things along, you actually end up putting up a resistance to what you are wanting.  Let things flow naturally.  This does not mean that you shouldn’t take action.  Taking action is a part of the natural flow.
